One more thing, everyone should see Ingmar Bergman's "Winter Light;" I've never seen a film that exhibited so much beauty and pathos. It is a masterpiece of delicate art. Geniuses, like Bergman, come only once in a lifetime.

I'm in Fairbanks, Alaska right now...what am i doing here? i dont know, but it's been a great week. last night, i went snowmobiling for the first time out in Chena Hot Springs, which is in the middle of nowhere. the tundra makes me grin... Later that night, i was laying out in the snow listening to animal collective, when, all of a sudden, the aurora starts fucking the sky with magnificence beems of green light. one would think the aurora would look peaceful, but it had a menacing quality to it that freaked me out...or maybe it was just animal collective messing with my brain.
